This website is operated by Cesar Wayne Luxestudio, a photography studio based in Vilnius, Lithuania. When we refer to “we”, “us” or “the studio”, we mean Cesar Wayne Luxestudio.

We only collect what you choose to share with us, mainly through the booking form. This may include:

• Your preferred booking date and time
• The type of session you have in mind
• The mood or style you are looking for

• Any other details, ideas or messages you decide to include

Your information is used only to look after your enquiry and your session. Specifically, to:

• Respond to your enquiry
• Process and manage your booking
• Communicate with you before and after your session
• Prepare for and provide the photography service you requested
• Manage studio availability and scheduling
• Send booking confirmations and any necessary updates

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.

Booking requests are stored securely with our cloud hosting provider. Access is restricted to the studio through an authenticated private account, and information is transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS) connections. While no online system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, we take reasonable care to protect what you share with us.

We keep booking information only for as long as it is reasonably needed — to arrange and deliver your session, handle any follow-up, and meet any legal or accounting obligations. When it is no longer needed, it is deleted. You can ask us to delete your information sooner at any time (see “Your rights” below).

Your information stays with the studio. It may only be handled by trusted service providers that help us run this website and deliver your booking — for example, our website hosting and database provider, and our email delivery service used to send booking confirmations.

If your session involves a collaborator you have asked for, such as a makeup artist, we will only share the details needed to coordinate it. We may also disclose information where required by law.

Depending on where you live, including under the GDPR in the European Union, you have the right to:

• Ask what personal information we hold about you
• Ask us to correct anything that is inaccurate
• Ask us to delete your information
• Object to or ask us to limit how we use it
